Welcome to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center's Employee Portal. Here you will find access to a number of useful internal resources and tools for U.S. Space & Rocket Center employees.

 

For Employees

  • Paycheck/Payroll Information
    Paychex is a convenient self-service portal to all your Paychex services and accounts.

    Using the Paychex system, you can perform important functions such as:

    • View paycheck information
    • View time and attendance data
    • Update personal information (address, emergency contact, phone number, etc.)
       
  • Free Museum Passes
    • Full-time employees receive 10 complimentary tickets per calendar year, after 30 days of employment.
    • Seasonal employees receive 5 complimentary tickets per calendar year, after 30 days of employment.
    • Part-time employees receive 5 complimentary tickets per calendar year, after 60 days of employment.

        
      Consult with Human Resources at ext. 5450 to obtain your passes.

  • Update Personal Information
    (address, emergency contact, phone number, etc.)

    If your name, address, phone number, dependents, marital status, tax class, etc. changes, it is important that you contact the Human Resources Department at (256) 721-5450 and report any changes.

    If your name or address changes after termination, please contact the Human Resources Department at (256) 721-5450 to update your records and ensure accurate mailing of your W-2 form and other mailings.
