When making a request, please remember the following:
All mascot appearances will be limited to an hour. The corporate rate for one mascot appearance is $100 and $150 for both.
This request does not guarantee a mascot appearance. Requests must be made at least three weeks prior to an event. We fill requests on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All payments must be made at least 7 days prior to an appearance. Note: There may be additional fees for appearances greater than 25 miles from the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.

Request must be made at least three (3) weeks prior to the event and appearances. Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. All fees for appearance must be paid in advance of event. Payment of appearance is Non-Refundable. If the event is cancelled for any reason by the contracting party, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center will attempt to compensate with an appearance at a future date. If the U.S. Space & Rocket Center cancels the appearance due to illness, injury or other unforeseen situations, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center will compensate through an appearance for a future event or provide a full refund. All publicity for the event which mentions the mascot(s) appearance must be approved before use.
