U.S. Space & Rocket Center offers free admission Saturday for Smithsonian Museum Day Live!

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - The U.S. Space & Rocket Center, a Smithsonian Affiliate museum, will open its doors free of charge Saturday, Sept. 23, as part of Smithsonian magazine’s 13th annual Museum Day Live! On this day only, participating museums across the United States open their doors for free to those with a ticket to Museum Day Live! Rocket Center hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The event represents Smithsonian’s commitment to make learning and the spread of knowledge accessible to everyone. Visit smithsonian.com/museumday and sign up. To receive free admission, guests must print their tickets or have it accessible on their mobile device.

Please note: a Museum Day Live! ticket provides free admission for two people.
