Sept. 16, 2023 In addition to general admission, Scout Days include the following activities:

Learn about the Spring night sky and the various objects that are visible at this time of year, in this live and interactive presentation. Your personal tour guide to the cosmos will teach you to navigate through the sky and highlight constellations, planets, and even some deep sky objects such as galaxies and nebulae. This presentation is great for all ages and is a traditional planetarium experience with a modern kick.

Calling all night owls! Add some adventure to your Halloween weekend with Glow Night Ziplining at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center’s Area 51 Challenge Course. Climb the Giant’s Ladder to the top of our tall tower and zipline your way through the dark for a stellar experience. Participants must be 12 or older and weigh between 60 and 250 pounds, and parents must accompany anyone under the age of 18. Closed-toed shoes and clothing suitable for climbing are required, and some medical conditions may prevent participation. Saturday, Oct. 30, at 7 and 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $45 and include a glow stick for the zipline experience and drinks and snacks. Space is limited. Friday, Oct. 29 session cancelled due to weather
