Groups can be booked for as short as a half day (5 curriculum hours) to as long as an entire week. Our programs can be adapted for both adults and children while focusing on several core competencies. We can often take these programs and focus in on the learning objectives and goals you have. Leadership Watch your team excel in an unfamiliar environment that levels the playing field. Participants will demonstrate and analyze their leadership capabilities through training activities that expressly link to tangible issues commonly faced in group environments.
Team Building Whether it is working on the team dynamic as it is or flipping the day to day group dynamic on its head, we challenge your team to think about their interactions in a different way.
Athletic Events Looking for a facility to host your athletic event? We’ve got the space! We have mapped out courses for 5k races, triathlons, and other types of athletic events!
Enhance your experience Our programs can be used as a stand-alone training platform with facilitation from our internal crew trainers or our programs can be supplemented by expert leadership and team-building facilitation by expert trainers. Our experts are familiar with our products and have matched their training with the experiences our customers are going through. Transcend has partnered with the U.S. Space and Rocket Center to facilitate an enhanced team-building experience for you as you engage in the various missions and challenges throughout the day.
Sessions are available on a year-round basis, based on facility availability. We will do our best to fit the needs of your organization. However, based on high attendance volumes, some days and times are more difficult to book than others.
If desired, a fully customized program for your team is possible! Our team will work with your organization’s needs and propose a high impact solution. Fully customized programming are subject to availability based on the Space Camp schedule.
